Federal and state mandated regulations specify that a first attempt at repair must be completed by the fifth day after a component has been monitored, and found to exceed the allowable threshold. The first repair attempt is made the day after the leaking component has been identified. Repair personnel make the first attempt in an expeditious manner for two major reasons:
- To ensure that the mandated five day limit is satisfied.
- In the event that first attempt is unsuccessful, the failing results can be forwarded to the responsible unit personnel for additional follow-up repair attempts.
We work very close with our clients to ensure that they fully understand the impact of a non-compliant status, and ensure that they won't have to face the consequences and repercussions.
